Our clients are Fortune 1000 companies, FT Global 500 companies, inventors, major universities and the leading law firms that represent them. Juridica accepts only cases that have already been carefully vetted and accepted by qualified lawyers. Juridica does not invest in speculative cases and accepts only a small fraction of the cases reviewed.

Juridica focuses exclusively on business-to-business related claim investments. It does not invest in personal injury, product liability, mass tort claims or class actions. Juridica can structure investments throughout the life cycle of a case, from pre-filing to post-judgment and appeal.

The Company does not take control of claims or claim management and takes no involvement in settlement decisions, which is always left to the claim holders and their chosen lawyers.
